All About Wood is a family-owned custom woodworking and cabinetry company built on a tradition of craftsmanship, integrity, and pride in every detail. Our story began in 1990 when my father founded Rich’s Building & Drywall, Inc. with a simple motto: “Do it once, do it right.” For decades, our family worked side by side building homes and bringing beautiful spaces to life. Those years taught us the value of hard work, honesty, and the satisfaction of creating something lasting with our own hands.
Over time, I discovered that my true passion was in the creative process—designing, crafting, and working with wood. I loved the precision, the artistry, and the way each piece could be made both beautiful and functional. My dream was always to have a dedicated wood shop where I could turn ideas into handcrafted pieces that people would love for years to come.
When the opportunity presented itself, that dream became a reality—and All About Wood was born.
